Refund Policy

Our products are digital files you download and print at home. Because they reach you the moment you buy and cannot be sent back, all sales are final. We still want every download to work beautifully, so if anything is wrong, we will always help.
Digital downloads: all sales are final
When you buy a digital product from us you get instant access to the files, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. At checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives the standard 14-day withdrawal period for digital content. Your statutory rights still apply, and they are described below.
1.What this covers
This policy covers our instant-download digital products: digital picture books, coloring books, and printable activity packs.
It does not apply to free downloads (there is nothing to refund), or to printed books and gifts bought through other platforms, for example Amazon or our print-on-demand shop, which follow the returns policy of the platform you bought them on.
2.Why digital sales are final
A digital file cannot really be returned once it has been downloaded, and we have no way to confirm that every copy has been deleted. Like most sellers of instant downloads, we therefore treat a completed purchase as final. Our products are sold through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and tax, and processes any refund we are required by law to give.
3.Something wrong with your file?
Please contact us before anything else, and we will make it right. If a file will not download or open, is missing pages, or is not as described, email contact@tellaterra.com with the order number on your Gumroad receipt. We will resend it, fix it, or, where the law requires, refund it.
4.Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes the rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, digital content that is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should is covered by your legal guarantee, and we will provide a working file or a refund as required under French and EU consumer law. These rights stand alongside the policy above and are not limited by it. For how our terms work, see our Terms of Service.
